These acclaimed performances have also earned him top honors from his peers in the world of magic and illusion. His knowledge of this art as well as his skillful sleight of hand techniques have been used in film and television as well as being sought out by other performers asking Michael to consult on their live performances which has led Michael to give back to his art by helping fellow magicians and magical creators world-wide.

Whether doing the impossible with something as small as a coin a few inches from curious onlooker’s faces to his large scale full-blown stage show Michael is re-inventing some of magic’s classics, doing them like no other before him by shedding a new light on this unique form of live entertainment. Michael’s goal is not to trick you or make you feel foolish but to rather share his life-long dream of being a professional magician, to show his audiences that everyone can achieve their dreams no matter how impossible they may seem. Michael has also acted as a magic consultant for the hit TV series Lonesome Dove, was a magic consultant and hand double in the movie Almost America as well most recently acted as magic consultant on the feature film Magic Man.

In 2004-2005 Michael was the resident magician at Lake Louise Ski Resort and toured all of Western Canada with Coho Productions raising thousands of dollars for local charities in that region.
